Where do you find yourself these days? Living freely, or as I have been living my entire adult life, by the seat of your pants.
I have awoken since my accident on most days with a fresh outlook on life. An attitude of fondness for life. I have felt that I have more patience, more love, more perseverance and less hate. Also, trusting my Lord and Savior daily to control my life instead of living with that attitude of “its…..
As I write this we are getting close to the end of February and I do not know where you live when reading my blog, but here in Alabama the weather is an absolute roller coaster. You know you are in the south when you don’t know if you should have on the heat or the AC. A pair of cargo shorts, flops one day then the next in a parka.
I wanted to share a piece that I wrote for my…..
If you haven’t ever experienced how precious life truly is in your daily walk I ask you to stop and pay closer attention to your family, your co-workers, your relatives, neighbors, etc. You get the idea. Know that deep down inside that person might just have some turmoil in their souls.

When I had my accident there were thousands of prayers crying out for me and my well being and to watch over my family during a traumatic thing that took place. I heard from well wishers from all 50 states and…..

Time is a gift from God, and He has allotted each of us a measure in which to live and accomplish His purposes. There are many things that we can do on any given day. We can be selfish and do something…..
Football Saturdays have come and we are knee deep in the gridiron wars week after week–not only on Saturdays, there are some weeks where one could watch a game just about any weekday.
Whenever my accident took place in January 2014, I was and am a diehard Bama fan. I live in a community that has a lot more Auburn fans–our state’s archrival than there are University of Alabama fans. It is a fierce rivalry that dates back to the…..
